The Best Way to Stay Healthy in 2016

Happy new year friends!

We can’t quite say enough how excited we are for a new year and a fresh start, and new years is always the perfect time to reflect on the last 12 months, while making plans for the year ahead. One of the biggest resolutions the Wandeler team is hoping to make (and keep!) this year is to eat healthier – and not just for January, but all year long. While most people share our sentiments, it’s really hard to keep the momentum going all year long, especially when fad diets and detoxes rule the healthy eating scene. 

So this year, we’re hoping to make changes that actually last, which means creating healthy habits that aren’t too tough to keep. While we all wish we could work with a nutritionist and plan our meals in advance – we’re pretty sure most people don’t quite have time for that! Enter, Prescribe Nutrition to save the day!

This is super interesting! Do they do programs throughout the year? I’m on a different “thing” right now so I can’t sign up but maybe later in 2016 (swim suit season anyone?)
