INGREDIENTS:

3 Cups Chopped Brussels Sprouts

 1 1/2 Cups Quinoa

2 Chopped Avocados

1 Cup of Dried Cranberries 

Balsamic Vinegar

Blood Orange Flavored Olive Oil

HOW TO MAKE:

  1. Lightly sauté the chopped brussels sprouts in blood-orange flavored olive oil
  2. Combine cooked quinoa, sauteed brussels sprouts, avocados, and dried cranberries into a large bowl. 
  3. Toss lightly with the blood orange flavored olive oil and vinegar to taste. 
  4. Serve and enjoy
