5 Halloween Costumes You Can Make From Your Closet

If you’re anything like me, you wait until the last minute to think about Halloween… and even then, you might not want to drop a bunch of cash on a costume that you’ll never wear again, am I right?! Well, don’t worry because I’ve rounded up 5 costumes that, for the most part, you can put together right from what’s already in your closet! Halloween stress, be gone!

1) Let’s start with my favorite: Ariana Grande and the Donut Scandal
The adorable Jacquie paired over the knee boots with an oversized grey hoodie – and of course the look wouldn’t be complete without Ariana’s signature high pony/half pony! All that’s left is a donut, or donuts… and suddenly Halloween is the perfect excuse to try every option at Glazed and Infused 🙂

2) Next up: A Famous Instagrammer
Shai from Drunk on Shoes rocked this costume and I think it’s brilliant. All you need is your fiercest outfit and a call to your local Staples store. Plus, everyone at the party will be trying to get in your grams allll night!

3) When in doubt, dress up like A Disney Princess
Color Me Courtney
makes Snow White look especially easy to pull off! All you need is a blue top, a collared shirt, an a-line skirt and a red bow. Extra bonus points if you carry around an apple all night!

4) Get inspired by Dia de Los Muertos
Shaheen from Lows to Luxe picked up some face paint and got her hands dirty for this costume! The upside? Because your face is the main focus of the look, everything else can be as casual or dressy as you want! Plus, I’m sure you (or someone you know) has a flower crown hanging in their closet from Lollapalooza!

 5) Really don’t feel like trying? Be the Emoji Girl
I know this is kind of a cop-out, but it’s better than nothing, right?! All you need is a pink sweater… and some perfected emoji impersonations! Seriously people, this couldn’t be easier.

So, what are you going to be this year?!
